Hi, I’m Barbie! As a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, I am deeply passionate about empowering women to reach their full potential in both life and business. Since 2003, I have owned a successful pet sitting, dog walking, and dog training business, where I not only provide exceptional care for pets but have also cultivated a dedicated team of employees. My background is bolstered by a master’s degree in business, which equips me with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead effectively.
My own menopause journey began when I faced personal health challenges, such as navigating weight changes, heart issues, experiencing disrupted sleeping patterns, and feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Throughout this journey, I learned invaluable lessons with Warrior Babes, inspiring me to dig deeper and understand that these issues should not be kept secret. It’s not simply about getting older or being labeled as “bitchy”; it’s about addressing real health concerns that many women face.
This realization led me to Girls Gone Strong, where I pursued certification as a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. My mission is to ensure that women know they don’t have to go through this alone, and that there’s support available to help them thrive during this transition.
